By purchasing a membership or using any Snipers Health Club service you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1.1 Eligibility
Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and over who are in good general health. By using our services you confirm you meet this criteria.
1.2 Acceptance
Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of these terms in full.
2. Our Services
Snipers Health Club provides online fitness coaching services across three membership tiers:
Bronze — free macro calculator available via our website
Silver — personalised training programme delivered via the Everfit app at £49 per month
Gold — full coaching including training, nutrition targets, and regular check-in reviews at £119 per month
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. Memberships and Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe
Silver membership is charged at £49 per month
Gold membership is charged at £119 per month
Payments are taken on a recurring monthly basis on the date of your original purchase
All prices are in GBP and inclusive of any applicable taxes
We do not store your card details at any point
4. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us at snipershealthclub@yahoo.com
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
You will not be charged again after cancellation is confirmed
We do not offer refunds for partial months already paid
If you are unsatisfied with your programme please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will review your case individually
5. Health and Safety Disclaimer
Our programmes are designed for healthy adults with no contraindicated medical conditions
You should consult a qualified medical professional before starting any new training or nutrition programme particularly if you have a pre-existing health condition, injury, or are pregnant
By purchasing a membership you confirm you are in good general health and take full responsibility for your own safety during training
SHC accepts no liability for injury, illness, or adverse health outcomes arising from following our programmes
6. Programme Delivery
Silver and Gold programmes are delivered through the Everfit app available on iOS and Android
You are responsible for downloading the Everfit app and maintaining access to it
SHC is not responsible for any technical issues arising from third party platforms including Everfit, Stripe, or Mailerlite
7. Intellectual Property
All content produced by Snipers Health Club including training programmes, nutrition targets, website content, and graphics is the intellectual property of SHC
You may not reproduce, distribute, or share our programme content without written permission
The Bronze macro calculator is provided for personal use only
8. Behaviour and Communication
We expect all members to communicate respectfully with their coach at all times
SHC reserves the right to terminate a membership without refund if a member behaves in an abusive, threatening, or inappropriate manner
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law Snipers Health Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the three months prior to any claim.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated to active members via email. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
